Place Your Inquiry
Send a request through the private event booking page with your event details.
Let's Book a Time To Chat
In the following days, Harvest Chef Society will email menus, and pricing and request a phone appointment.​
Let's Shake Hands
To secure your date, a deposit is required within a few weeks of booking.​
2 Weeks Before Your Event
We'll get in touch to confirm the final menu items and guest count.
2 Days Before Your Event
We'll get in touch one last time to confirm all the event details (i.e. arrival times, guest count, etc.).
Wedding Catering
Place Your Inquiry
Send a wedding catering booking request with your wedding details.
Let's Book a Time To Chat
In the following days, we'll book a phone call to go over your expectations and vision.
Let's Shake Hands
Within a week after our conversation, we'll send you a contract and a rough quote for your review.
Deposit Required
To secure your date, you'll have to sign your contract and pay a deposit within a few weeks of receiving the information.
We're almost there
One month before the event, we'll select the menu together, and you'll send your final guest counts with any dietary restrictions.
Two weeks before your big day
We'll need you to confirm the final guest count and menu.
One week out
A week before your wedding, we'll speak directly with your wedding planner to review any last-minute details and questions.
