Wedding Catering That Lets You Actually Be a Guest at Your Own Wedding

Planning a wedding usually means chasing menus, juggling rental companies, and hoping nothing falls through the cracks on the one day you can't redo. We handle the food, the staff, and the cooking setup ourselves, so that part of your day is simply taken care of.

Food That Brings People Together

Wedding Catering In Whistler, BC.

It started with a simple idea: a wedding meal should taste like the place you're getting married in. Chef D'Arcy Demoe founded Harvest Chef Society on that idea, and Chef Felix Breault soon joined him, building out the culinary team behind every wedding Harvest Chef Society caters today. What ends up on your guests' plates depends on what the coast and the local farms are producing that week, so a June wedding and a September wedding never taste the same. From your first email with us to the last plate cleared at the end of the night, you'll always know exactly where things stand.

Menus Built Around What's in Season

We design every menu around what is fresh right now, then shape it around your guests, your vision, and your budget. Whether you're picturing a West Coast-inspired grill, something with an Asian or Mediterranean influence, or a fully custom menu, we work with you to land on the right fit. Because menus follow the seasons, small adjustments to availability or pricing may come up, and we will always walk you through them before anything changes.

A Team That Disappears Into the Details

Our serving staff sets up, serves, and cleans up quietly and attentively, so you and your guests only notice that everything simply worked.

Drinks Worth Talking About

Our bartenders craft cocktails on the spot, and our sommeliers pair wine with intention, turning your reception into the part of the night people actually remember.

One Less Vendor to Manage

We coordinate rentals ourselves, so you are not stuck juggling a separate rental company on top of everything else on your plate.

Every Guest, Taken Care Of

Gluten-free, vegan, allergies, or anything in between, we accommodate every guest at no extra cost, so the whole table eats well together.

We Come to You

Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish, or anywhere across the Sea to Sky, we bring full-service catering directly to your venue, with the same care whether it is an intimate elopement or a wedding of two hundred.

Jeremy

We went with Harvest Chef Society to cater our wedding (85 people), and couldn't be happier with their service and food. From initial communication with D'Arcy, all the way through to the actual event with Felix and the team, we received professional service, tasty canapés, and a well run absolutely delicious buffet. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was, and how friendly the staff were. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Harvest Chef team to anyone else planning an event or wedding in the Sea to Sky area (or anywhere else for that matter).

Thank you to the Harvest Chef team for putting on such a great service! ❤️

Simple From Start to Finish

What to expect when booking with us.

Tell Us About Your Day

Share your guest count, venue, and vision. We listen first and plan second, and we stay easy to reach the whole way through.

Talk Through the Menu

We send menu and pricing options, then book a call to go over your expectations and vision, whether that's canapes and grazing, a full sit-down dinner, or something in between. Great food starts with a real conversation, not a form.

Know Exactly What You're Paying For

Your pricing is transparent and customized to your wedding, with a clear breakdown including food cost, labour costs, gratuity on food, and service charge on food. No surprises when the final invoice arrives, just the number you already agreed to.

We Stay in Touch All the Way There

In the weeks and days before your wedding, we confirm your final guest count, menu, and any dietary needs, and we speak directly with your wedding planner to go over last-minute details.

Show Up and Enjoy It

We arrive, set up, serve, and clean up. You get to actually be present at your own wedding instead of running it.

All-Inclusive Pricing
  • No hidden line items, no surprise add-ons.

  • One quote covers everything you need for your event, fully accounted for from the start.

  • Food Cost Itemized by your menu and guest count, so every dish is accounted for in your total.
